SUBMISSION SCEDULE

Submission of extended summary:February 1, 1999
Notification of acceptance:March 31, 1999
Submission of camera-ready accepted papers:April 30, 1999
Advanced registration, before:June 30, 1999

PAPER SUMMARY SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Prospective authors are invited to submit summaries of no more than 6 pages before February 1, 1999. The top of the first page of the summary should include a title, authors' names, affiliations, address, telephone and fax numbers and email address. Camera-ready full papers of accepted proposals will be published in a hard-bound volume by IEEE and distributed at the workshop.

Paper submission procedure:

  2. Register and submit the summary file: Fill in the Paper Summary Registration Form (submission closed) and submit it. This will register your summary and return a Confimation Page containing a reference ID number.
NOTICE: You should always complete this step - also if you choose to do standard mail submission.

  3. Confirmation: Wait for an automatically generated web-page confirming the Paper Summary Registration (please be patient).

  4. Submission of the Paper Summary: Follow the guidelines in the Confirmation Page. The submission can be electronic or non-electronic, and can in all cases be done independent of the paper registration in step 2.
