Workshop Registration

Registration fee includes: one copy of the workshop proceedings, breakfast buffet, lunch and coffee breaks on Sept. 10-12, one reception, banquet dinner.

All papers to be presented at the workshop must have at least one author registered before June 15, 2001. Valid author registration is complete only after both the registration form is submitted and the payment form has been recevied by fax or mail by by June 15th.
