Early Registration before:

On-site registration and distribution of workshop materials to pre-registered attendees will be handled at the MMSP'99 registration desk located in the lobby at the hotel. The registration desk is also the place to seek information on anything related to MMSP'99. It will be open during the following hours:

Registration Fees

Registration fees are per person and in Danish Kroner (DKK):

The registration fee for MMSP'99 includes:

• Workshop proceedings and CDROM.
• Welcome reception Sunday night.
• Coffee breaks and lunches Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Conference banquet Tuesday night.

• Hotel room and breakfasts from Sunday night (available from 3.00 pm) to Wednesday morning (checkout before 11:00 am).
• Dinner Monday night.

If a conference participant wants to bring one accompanying person this is possible. The accompanying person have to pay 675 DKK which covers the double room and breakfasts during the three days.

1. Paying the Registration Fee by Check:

Please, send the payment in Danish Kroner (DKK) for the exact amount together with a printout of your Registration Confirmation web-page (see Registration Procedure below) to the following address:

2. Paying the Registration Fee by Bank Transfer:

If you prefer to pay by a bank transfer in Danish Kroner (DKK), you must use the following bank address and account number. Please, indicate participant name, Registration ID (see Registration Procedure below) and "Ref. 95-104-31-1279" in the message field of the bank transfer:

Note that no credit card payments or payments in other currencies are accepted. The reason is that this would have raised the price of the fee by approximately 5%.

Registration Procedure

The online registration and payment procedure is as follows.

• Decide your registration category.
• Decide your payment method.
• Go to the online Registration Form, fill in the form and submit it. This will register your information and you will be assigned a Registration ID number.
• Print out and keep the automatically generated Confirmation web-page. This page contains the Registration ID number, the registered information, and payment guidelines.

• Please, follow the guidelines for the chosen payment method as given on the Confirmation web-page (or above). Thus, if your payment method was check, please printout your Confirmation web-page, and send it together with your check. If your payment method was bank transfer, remember to indicate your name and Registration ID in the bank transfer message field.

Note, that your registration is first approved, when we have received the payment.
