Four subjects' MR scans have been stereotactically normalized using a fast 3D non-linear warping algorithm.
You can obtain the UNIX C-source code for the non-linear registration
program and read the on-line
documentation. There is a preliminary man-page for the warping program.
The program uses the VOLIO package for volume I/O. Visit the free
