file2vapet - Convert a file to VAPET format

Use : 
   file2vapet [-u -y -n] files

Conerts files to VAPET file format. File extension (if any) is stripped 
and .vol is appended to the file names. 

-u to mirror images up/down
-y yes to all questions
-n no to all q's
-a do NOT append .vol to filename after stripping extension

file2vapet -h produces above information
