Registration fee includes:

• one CD-rom copy of the workshop proceedings,
• lunch and coffee breaks,
• welcome drink reception on Tuesday afternoon, September 16th at the ATRIA-MERCURE conference centre,
• breakfast reception on Wednesday, September 17th at the ATRIA-MERCURE conference center,
• Cruise+Dinner over the Garonne and the Canal du Sud on a river boat with dinner banquet on Thursday, September 18th. Extra banquet dinner ticktes can be purchased at €15 each.

• Only cancellation notified in writing to PROGEP by e-mail to Progep-NNSP2003@ensiacet.fr will be taken into account.
  After August 7 2003, no refund will be made.

• All papers to be presented at the workshop must have at least one author registered before July 1, 2003. Valid author registration is complete only after both the registration form is submitted and the payment form has been received by fax or mail by July 1st.

• Invitation letters will only be extended upon request and only after full registration and fees payment.

Registration procedure:

1. The admission fees must be paid in Euros (€) to the order of PROGEP – NNSP2003

   Depending on the option of payment you chose, the following payment information is required before you enter your registration information:

   • bank transfer: Bank name, transfer order number and date. Bank transfers should be made to the order of

   • credit card (VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard): Card number, expiration date (Note that credit card info will not be transmitted electronically) .

   • Bon de commande (French institutions only): Academic institution name, bon de commande number and date.

   If you pay by bank transfer, cheque (only drawn on a French bank) or "bon de commande" (only for French Academic Institutions) please make sure that you have made the payment before you submit your registration information.
